Travis and co. at Lake Oswego Jewelers were so wonderful to work with. I had met with several jewelers to discuss the project I wanted and Travis was by far the warmest and easiest to collaborate with on my ideas and the design for my ring. I am not knowledgeable about jewelry or diamonds and he never made me feel silly or stupid when I asked obvious or farfetched questions. Travis, his wife and the staff stayed in contact and took the time to explain stages of the process and the rationale for timing, cost and options all along the way. Travis made sure he was in office each time I came in so he could meet with me in person.
The process took a little longer than expected but I am so deeply happy with my ring, the attention to detail, interactive and collaborative process, and care that went into creating a ring from my heirloom diamonds and gold.

We brought in remnant gold pieces of jewelry and received a very fair deal. John even pointed us to coin dealers to receive a better compensation for a special gold coin.
