I had an extremely fiddly repair required on a much treasured necklace. It was tiny to work with and he explained he would try his best but it not be possible to repair. He quoted me $20 which I thought was unbelievable!
Two. Days later it was fixed ! $20 for over an hours work !!! He even broke away from buying customers to talk to me about it !

The owner and his wife are amazing and super knowledgeable and by far the friendliest people we have met since being in the area. The ring took a few days to get back from the jeweler who does the sizing but man was the wait worth it you cannot even tell where the ring was cut to size it.
