I am very particular about things, and felt the vibes I was looking for both times I entered their shop- that is, open, honest, patient, and tactful service. Today I brought in the sapphire we purchased (which has a few inclusions I wanted an honest opinion about) and they were very honest about reasonable expectations, and unlike Kasaab Jewelers, did not completely trash the stone (which I was warned many jewelers will do- even though our stone is actually very nice).
