I’ve had such a great experience with Lake Oswego Jewelers! I’ve been in twice to have my watch resized, and both times everyone has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provide excellent service and really take the time to make sure everything is done right. The entire team is so welcoming and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Had 2 necklaces with tiny clasps changed out to bigger claw style much easier to get on and off now.

Brought in my 10 year wedding anniversary custom eternity band in for repairs- as I lost 1 diamond and many prongs were missing on some other stones. Great communication, good service, reasonable pricing. Took about 3 weeks to repair after my approval. Just picked up the ring today. Glad to have it back and will go back for any future adjustments/repairs as well as shopping for new jewelry pieces.

Another Jeweler referred me to the Lake Oswego Jewelry store as I needed someone who knew how to work on silver. I took my Navajo Squash Blossom silver and turquoise necklace in to be altered.
Megan helped me and I liked her immediately. She was warm, kind and engaging and very knowledgeable about jewelry.
While I was in there I saw a beautiful ring that was gold with diamonds and Sapphires. Megan put it on hold for me for several days until my Husband could go in with me to see it. We both loved it and bought it. We both had a great expertise. I would highly recommend a trip in to their store to see their beautiful jewelry and meet the 4th generation of the family who own it.

Friendly, professional staff. I had a collection of jewelry items that needed repairs and all were addressed. A couple were repaired just as I was in the store. Majority of mine were sterling silver and it is difficult to find jewelers who will work with that.
Added bonus....always nice to support local family businesses!
